If you don't know who we are, we are a fun, unique, artistic wedding videography company that puts our heart and soul into filming emotional and romantic films. The couples we work with love and appreciate the uniqueness and the one-of-a-kind film they receive based on THEIR story.

I am currently filming with the most incredible and sought after wedding videographers. We are near Portland Oregon with filmmakers from all over the world. This experience is once in a lifetime and Fyvie Films has A LOT in store for 2018... 2019... and BEYOND! 

Wedding Videography is my passion and this has enhanced my passion more than I thought imaginable.

Why is 4k resolution so important?

​By filming in 4k resolution, we are time proofing your film. 

In the near future, all TVs and all computers will be 4k resolution. 

You'll notice the quality is incredibly vibrant and the visual clarity is stunning.

In the beginning, a TV’s standard definition was 480x640. 

Then in 1996, high definition was introduced with 720x1280 resolution. We thought that was vibrant and incredible! DVDs are becoming a thing of the past since they are still only standard definition, or 720x1280. 

Then... in 2005 1080x1920 resolution was introduced and is what many TVs and computer are currently using. 

Now, in 2018... you will continue to see 4k resolution. 4k resolution is 4096 pixels wide, and that’s why we call it “4k.”
The result is a beautiful, vibrant, and clear film. 

And yes... you even may start to see 6k sneaking it’s way in. But, for now... 4k is the new high definition.
